
INTERNATIONAL SYMPOSIUM ON CANCER IMMUNOLOGY AND IMMUNOTHERAPY: 18 DECEMBER 2014

Breakthroughs in cancer immunology research have led to the emergence of cancer immunotherapy as a new class of treatment for a variety of malignancies. Amplification of tumor-specific T cells and blockade of T cell inhibitory signals have been demonstrated to eliminate primary and disseminated tumors, conferring durable clinical responses to cancer patients. This international symposium will discuss cutting-edge research topics on the induction and regulation of antitumor T cell immunity as well as the recent advances made in the revolutionary field of cancer immunotherapy.
